Please read the following terms and conditions before you go to download any software:

1. If any damage occurs due to the download of the software, the laboratory is not responsible at all.
2. If any anomaly occurs after the execution of programs the laboratory will not bear any responsibility.
3. The laboratory reserves all the rights of the software.
4. The laboratory may update or delete program without prior notice.
5. Users are not permitted to redistribute the software.
6. Users are not permitted to use the software for their web pages. But they are permitted to make a link to this page in their web pages.
7. Commercial use of the software is absolutely forbidden.
